Your wife is overdosing on ketamine. But don't worry, Hohlbirne has a very smart solution to save her!
For that you must go on a huge adventure through the medieval ages and help King KET. King KET doesn't directly have the right antidote but he knows someone who may give it to Hohlbirne! But you must work for work for it! King KET doesn't hand out things for free, you must deserve it first!
